Los signos de nuestro tiempo.

La Europa de los mercaderes gana terreno y los espíritus de los fundadores de la integración europea, Robert Schuman y Jean Monnet, se revuelven en sus tumbas. ¿Hasta cuándo el valor del dinero prevalecerá sobre la importancia de los valores de los seres humanos? Los altos funcionarios europeos han demostrado no representar a los pueblos de la Unión. La falta de responsabilidad del Consejo Europeo, consecuencia de los intereses de cada país, hace pensar que la idea de Europa como destino común de sus pueblos no llegará a existir. Europa, sin una apuesta política fuerte no tiene futuro (eurobonos).

Asia, o mejor dicho China, es la próxima apuesta. La imagen de la directora del Fondo Monetario Internacional pidiendo que China invierta en Europa es toda una revelación. China seguirá creciendo a unas tasas del 10% y su política exterior hace tiempo que adoptó al prioridad de inversiones masivas en África, desplazando a Europa y a Norteamérica. Por otra parte, ¿cómo gestionará China el proceso democratizador que tarde o temprano invadirá las calles de sus ciudades?

África. La primavera árabe nació allí y se extendió a oriente medio. La vuelta al islamismo radical en países pro occidentales puede hacer mutar la primavera en un frío invierno árabe, y el esperado avance en derechos humanos volverá a posponerse.

América del Norte y del Sur. Estados Unidos está saliendo de la crisis al igual que Japón, que está creciendo al 6%. Las economías latinoamericanas encabezadas por Argentina con un crecimiento superior al 6% pueden estar en condiciones de ayudar a Europa en la salida de la crisis.

Africa. The movement called Arab spring born there and spread to the Middle East. Around the radical Islam in western countries can make mutating pro spring in a cold winter Arabic and expected progress in human rights will be postponed.

In the cases of North America and South America, the United States is emerging from the crisis as Japan, which is growing at 6%. Latin American economies led by Argentina with a growth of over 6% may be able to help Europe out of the crisis.
