No consigo que aparezca en las respuestas a comentarios la contestación a la pregunta de un lector sobre la publicación de DIGITAL ECONOMY RANKING en los años 2013 y 2014.
La entrada de Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_economy_rankings, indica que no se ha publicado este informe desde el año 2010 y lo remite al informe de las Naciones Unidas.
Digital economy rankings was published as a one-off exercise by the Economist Intelligence Unit as the follow-up to their previous e-readiness rankings. This was done to reflect the increasing influence of ICT in economic (and social) progress. The report was titled "Beyond e-readiness".[1]

As of 2014, the Economist has not published a follow up to the 2010 report, leaving it substantially outdated. A much more comprehensive and up-to-date index is the UN's ICT Development Index.
